1. Pricing Policy
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1/11/2009.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Upon delivery, you will be responsible for any duties or taxes that may have been added to you package by the destination country.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Our Guarantee
Elwood makes every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with something you purchased, let us know and we will endeavour to provide you with a replacement item, credit or refund.
Returns
A receipt is required as proof of purchase for return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, credit or refund, if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn and in the same condition as when purchased.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if any item has been washed, stained or damaged in any way. Exchanges on store purchases (Elwood or other) are not available at this time. Please return these items to the place of purchase.
Returns by Mail
Please enclose a copy of your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box or satchel and mail to:

PLEASE NOTE: Any order placed between now and Christmas Day 2011 can be returned or exchanged by January 31st 2012.
Please send the items back to us in an appropriate size box/package with a brief message explaining whether you would like an exchange for a different size/colour or if you would like a refund.
We recommend using registered mail as items sent via other methods are at risk of being lost. Elwood is not responsible for lost shipments. Please allow 10 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

3. Delivery and Shipping
Elwood currently delivers to Australian locations only.
Within Australia
All Elwood purchases within Australia are shipped during business days and hours (Monday to Friday) via Australia Post eParcel service, from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchasing and you should receive your order within approximately 1-6 business days.
Christmas & New Year
The Elwood warehouse will be closed as of 12:00pm AEST Thursday 22nd December 2011 and will re-open again in the new year on Wednesday 4th January 2012. Any orders placed during this period will be despatched from our warehouse on Wednesday 4th January 2012 when the warehouse re-opens.
To ensure that you receive your items before Christmas Day please order before 12:00pm AEST on the following dates for your specific region:

Tracking Orders
A 'Despatch Notification' email will be sent to you when your order has been despatched from our Melbourne warehouse. Included in this email will be your 'consignment number' and instructions on how you can track and view the delivery status of your order.
Alternatively you can go to the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your consignment number and it will let you know that delivery status of your order.
Upon Delivery
You will be required to sign for your package once it is delivered to the address specified. If no one is present at the address when Australia Post attempts to deliver the package they will leave a calling card and make the package available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.
Out of Stock Items
If a particular item in your order is out of stock you will be notified via email within 2 business days. The delivery times provided by Elwood are only estimates. Elwood will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In some instances, multiple item orders may be part shipped/delivered where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made.
4. Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions below govern the sale of products from Elwood Clothing Pty Ltd to ‘you’ the ‘consumer’/‘customer’. Any reference to ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘Elwood’ is solely referring to Elwood Clothing Pty Ltd. Your use of this website to purchase products indicates an agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
Shipping/delivery prices are subject to change without notice. All delivery times provided in this website are estimates only. Elwood Clothing Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for deliveries that are late, lost or damaged. Customers bear all the risk of loss and damage associated with the order as of the time it has been cleared from our premises.
Orders
Products displayed on this website may be out of stock or discontinued. You will be informed via email within 2 business days if this occurs. The order confirmation created after an online sale together with these Terms and Conditions is the final binding agreement between us and you on the matters stipulated by theses Terms and Conditions.

Unless provided for otherwise, all payments are to be made by selected credit cards. You must therefore provide us with details of your current and valid credit card, including:

- Name on card
- Credit card number
- CSV# (Credit Card Security Number)
- Expiry date
